Custom Handmade Quilts

Each product is custom made, so no two are alike. We will not mass produce a product. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with heirloom quality products they are proud to pass on to future generations. We will not accept less than 100% satisfaction from our clients.

We have a small inventory of quilts, wall hangings, table runners, minky baby blankets and minky scarves in stock. However, since the majority of our orders are custom, we pride ourselves in a timely turn around period.

It is our goal to finish the order within four to six weeks for a quilt, one week for baby blankets and scarves – depending on complexity and fabric availability.

THE QUILT MAKING PROCESS

  • Meet client and get a feel for what they are looking for
  • Choose a pattern, or design one for them specifically
  • Choose the fabric in the color scheme they want
  • Send progression photos so the client can follow along
  • Deliver the product to the client
  • Follow up with the client two to three months after delivery

Wall Hangings & Table Runners

Paper-piecing, applique, modern or traditional.

So many choices.  Choose one of over 500 patterns or bring your own.  We carry patterns from several national artists such as Ryan McKenna and Laura Heine.  Or let me help you design your own wall hanging.

Long Arm Quilting

Pricing starts at $35/hour.

Professional Long Arm Quilting is perfromed on an Amara machine by Handi-Quilter. All custom machine quilting is done using rulers, pantographs, groovy boards and/or free hand.

Let me help you professionally finish your quilt.  Prices can also be bid by the quilt.

You can take lessons from Brigitte on the Amara and rent the machine for you to quilt yourself.
